What is Mo'Cara?
Mo'Cara is Gaelic (Irish) and roughly translates to 'My Friend'.  
 
The literal translation (and spelling for our truly Gaelic friends) is less important than meaning - we want everyone dining with us to feel like 'friends'.  We're cooking great food, applying all of our creative energies to making something we want to eat - and we hope you will love our food too!  We're not trying to do the same old recipes, everything we serve must have our own flair or twist.  
 
We enjoy cooking - and eating! - and that is the reason we've opened this restaurant.  We're not trying to capitalize on a trend or following along with the crowd.  The food you'll find here is our passion.
 
We get a great deal of joy out of the creative process of inventing new recipies and menus, and we hope you'll get even more pleasure from those efforts when you dine with us.
